A buyer’s home inspection is performed when the homebuyer wants to determine the condition of the home before the close of escrow. The home inspection for the Buyer will look at the following areas:

The Structural Components

  • The Exterior
  • The Roofing
  • The Plumbing
  • The Electrical System
  • The Heating System
  • The Air Conditioning System
  • The Interiors
  • The Insulation and Ventilation

Anchor Home Inspectors’ inspection will help the homebuyer to make an informed decision about the house and provide peace of mind when making the home purchase. The inspection will take about 2-3 hours depending on the size, age and condition of the home. Anchor Home Inspectors will have your report ready within 24 hours and Anchor will also be available to answer any questions that you might have after the inspections. The inspection report will be available online to read and print out as needed and will remain on the system for 90 days. If you need a copy of your report after 90 days, just contact Anchor Home Inspectors and one will be emailed to you at no cost.
