The Cost
What Does a Home Inspection Cost?
The cost of a home inspection is often a concern. The total cost of a home inspection depends on several factors such as of the size of the home, the age of the home (older homes take more time to inspect), is there a crawlspace under the home, how about a pool or spa that needs to be inspected, and if there are any detached buildings that are to be inspected as well. Anchor Inspections dose not inspect crawlspaces but will arrange for that inspection to be completed for you.
As an example, the average size home in the Phoenix Metro area is between 1500 to 2000 square feet and the estimated cost of a home inspection would be between $250 and $300 depending on the factors listed above. The cost of a home inspection is small when compared to the peace of mind it offers you for one of the most important and largest purchases you will make.
When you schedule your home inspection using Anchor Home Inspections’ online scheduling system, you will be asked for some information listed on the MLS sheet and additional information about the home. The cost of the inspection will be displayed for you when all information is entered into the scheduling system. An invoice will be sent to you by email before the inspection and you can pay for the home inspection by cash or check on the day of the home inspection. If you will not be present during the home inspection, I can make other arraignment for payment.
I look forward to working with you on your new home purchase!
Great – I should definitely say I’m impressed with your site. I had no trouble navigating through all the tabs as well as related info. It ended up being truly simple to access. Good job.
