Welcome to Anchor Inspections. The staff at Anchor Inspections is Arizona certified and insured for your protection. Arizona adopted the Standards of Professional Practice for Arizona Home Inspectors from the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) in 1992. Anchor Inspections performs home inspections to these high standards and often goes beyond the standards when necessary.

Anchor Inspections serves the real estate market in the Phoenix Metro area that includes Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe, Glendale, and Chandler to name a few cities. Anchor offers pre-sale home inspections, pre-purchase home inspections, and warranty inspections on new build home purchases. We do not offer pool or spa inspections at this time.

Pre-listing inspections are requested when the home seller wants to get a better picture of what a home might need for repairs before the home is put on the market for sale. These inspections will cover the major systems of the home and take about 2-3 hours. See the link at the left side of the screen for more information.New Modern Home

Home buyer home inspections are ordered when a buyer wants to make an informed decision about a home they are about to purchase. These inspections take about 2-3 hours and cover the major systems of a home. This inspection helps the buyer be more comfortable with the purchase of the new home and provides peace of mind. See the link at the left side of the screen for more information.

Anchor Inspections offers a Warranty Inspection that is for newly built homes that are about to have the manufacture’s (Home Builder’s) warranty expire. This gives the homeowner a chance to have the home inspected to identify any potential problems that might be present. The homeowner can then contact the homebuilder and have any items, if found, repaired under the terms of the warranty by the builder.

Living RoomTo schedule an inspection there is some information that you will want to have on hand before scheduling your appointment. The requested information will be located on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) printout about the property and is needed for a pre-purchase home inspection. You can get the MLS sheet from your real estate agent.

After you schedule your home inspection, confirmation emails will be sent out to you and your agent to let you know when the home inspection will take place and any other necessary information. If you have any problems or questions, please use the Contact Us information link in the navigation bar.

Thank-you for choosing Anchor Inspections,
