Buyer’s Home Inspection
A buyer’s home inspection is performed when the homebuyer wants to determine the condition of the home before the close of escrow. The home inspection for the home buyer will look at some of the following areas:

- The Air Conditioning System
- The Interiors
- The Insulation and Ventilation

Anchor Home Inspections’ home inspection will help your client, the home buyer, to make an informed decision about the house they are about to purchase and provide them peace of mind when making the home purchase. The inspection will take about 2-3 hours depending on the size, age and condition of the home. Anchor Home Inspectors will have the inspection report ready the same day as the inspection and Anchor will also be available to answer any questions that your clients might have after the inspections. The inspection report will be sent by email to you and your client to read and print out as needed and again if there are any questions I encourage your clients to contact me.
To schedule a home inspection for your client, have them click the tab at the right side of this screen that says “Scheduling”. This will take them directly to Anchor Home Inspections’ online scheduling center which operates 24 / 7. They will just need some basic information about the home such as the size of the home, age, if there’s a pool that needs to be inspected, crawl space under home and your contact information including your email address and cell phone number. After the appointment is booked, confirmation notices will be sent to both you and your client and I will contact you for any gate codes as well a lockbox or Supra CBS codes that I need to access the property as well as confirm that the utilities are on.
Pre-Listing Home Inspection
A Pre-listing home inspection is performed when the homeowner wants to determine if there are any areas that might be of interest with a house before it’s listed for sale. The inspection will look at the following areas:
- The Structural Components
- The Exterior
- The Roofing

- The Plumbing
- The Electrical System
- The Heating System
- The Air Conditioning System
- The Interiors
- The Insulation and Ventilation
This is an excellent time to correct any problems and have peace of mind for the homeowner when listing the home. The inspection will take about 2-3 hours depending on the size, age and condition of the home. Anchor Home Inspectors will have your report ready within 24 hours and Anchor will also be available to answer any questions that you might have after the inspections. The inspection report will be available online to read and print out as needed and remain on the system for 90 days. If you need a copy of your report after 90 days, just contact Anchor Home Inspectors and one will be emailed to you at no cost.

Builder’s Warranty Home Inspection
A Warranty Home Inspection is for homeowners of new built homes and is performed when the homebuilder’s
home warranty program is about to expire (usually one year). Anchor Home Inspections helps the homeowner to determine if there are any conditions that might be covered by the builder’s warranty program and need to be addressed before the warranty expires. The Warranty Home Inspection for the homeowner will look at the following areas:
- The Structural Components
- The Exterior
- The Roofing
- The Plumbing
- The Electrical System
- The Heating System
- The Air Conditioning System
- The Interiors
- The Insulation and Ventilation
