Warranty Home Inspection is for homeowners of new built homes
and is performed when the homebuilder’s home warranty program is about to
expire (usually one year). Anchor Home Inspectors helps the homeowner to
determine if there are any conditions that might be covered by the builder’s
warranty program. The Warranty Home Inspection for the homeowner will
look at the following areas:

negotiations with homebuilder easier. The inspection will take about 2-3
hours depending on the size of the home. Anchor Home Inspectors will have
your report ready within 24 hours and Anchor will be available to answer any
questions that you might have after the inspections. The inspection report
will be available online to read and print out as needed and remain on the
system for 90 days. If you need a copy of your report after 90 days, just
contact Anchor Home Inspectors and one will be emailed to you at no
